In this class you will develop a deeper mind-body connection growing both inner and outer strength and increased flexibility.

Missy has been teaching yoga for 4 years and practicing yoga for 20 years. Missy has an extensive background in Hatha yoga and has a 200 hour formal certification. Missy is also trained in Yin, restorative, Nidra, and Vinyasa yoga. Missy is also a Reiki master.
